CHAP Compliance: Policy Mastery Training

This program provides a systematic approach to navigating and mastering agency binders in alignment with Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) standards. Rather than a standard administrative review, this training focuses on the cross-reference system used to satisfy specific regulatory standards during surveys. Participants will learn to navigate the three key volumes—Administrative, Clinical, and Safety—while focusing on 'Immediate Jeopardy' policies that impact agency licensing. The course also addresses the gap between written policy and daily practice, the transition to HOPE assessments, and the annual revision cycle required for compliance.
